Horrible experience. Michelle in the front helped me. I came in she just told me the income requirements, pay $10 and even showed me what apartment would be mine. Told me it would take 2 weeks. Never answers the phone , finally I got ahold of her she told me I lied about a eviction. She never asked me even when i called she told me on the phone the apartment price and to come in. Never asked anything! and I have paperwork from my lawyer trying to get the eviction removed from my background. Its crazy how you can have a clean background but a eviction from being sick and not able to catch up will disqualify you. But you can have a criminal record based on the crime! Michelle was very rude ... Incompetent, inconsiderate & rude. The manager never answers the phone after she takes your money order for apartment application. Michelle told me the process would take a day & I never heard back from her like that's crazy man .I've just moved to the area & im looking for a place to call home. Very disappointing for an so called "Manager"...

Conveniently located next to the 45 FWY, this community has it all! Great amenities: pool, barbecue, washer/dryer, hot tub, plenty of visitor parking, playground for the kids, gym, dishwasher and so much more! There is even a community center where they have events every week for adults, and children alike! Not too far away from shopping centers, and only 10 minutes away from the beach. When I went in to the leasing office, I was met by staff who were ready to answer all of my questions. You can tell that they love what they do.

Don’t do it. The current leasing agent is incompetent and will avoid you as well as they don’t answer the phones. Apparently I was denied back in September and nobody ever reached out to me. Will be contacting someone hire up.
