This people does not stand behind their warranty, I’ve bought a house November 2024 and 3 month later the septic got clogged and after that it happened 2 more times 3 month apart, contact them with no solution at this problem, I lived in another house I own for 5 years a never had a single problem with the septic, I hire a company to clean septic and the told me the septic drain is wrong and have to be fixed but Adam’s homes don’t care about it

All of the agents I’ve ever talked to were so incredibly friendly and helpful. Professionalism without being a robot is big for me so seeing big smiles and positivity while still providing value meant a lot. Competitive prices and a good product. Their sales director, Michael, is also a seriously good guy.

This builder has a great mix of homes available. You can start small and basic, maybe add some upgrades. It's a great deal made even better when you build on one of their lots. They have a full range of floorplans and upgrades available. It's a lot like working with a custom builder only less expensive. Stop at a model and you'll see what I mean.

My wife and I hit a tough spot when the coronavirus and certain political issues lead me to losing my job in 2020. We contacted our agent in regards to obtaining our deposit since it states in our contract that Adams Homes drafted “if either party is financially unable to fulfill either end of this contract, all funds paid shall be returned” to which our rep stated “I don’t know if we can actually help you. We don’t give deposits back under any circumstances.” This would be the second time this contracts has been broken via Adams Homes and, fortunately, our retained legal rep has pointed us in the right direction that will lead us to a lot more than what we put down. Stay away unless you enjoy being lied to, manipulated, and ignored!

Looking to buy Adams home in Cape Coral. Was told by Adams home realtor that they increased the down payment from $1,000 to $10,000 which is just crazy. When we inquired if this was nation-wide the realtor stated it's only for the Cape Coral Area. We have decided to go with another builder that also give home town hero discounts.
