I’m very satisfied living in this beautiful apartment. Whenever something small needs fixing, Jose always comes quickly and does an excellent job. The cleaning staff are always kind and helpful, and the management office responds very fast every time. But the best part of all is the peaceful view — it always makes me feel calm and happy. 🌿

We moved in three months ago thinking this was the best option after visiting several other properties. At first things seemed fine, but after two months everything went downhill: Guest Parking: Parking for visitors has been reduced and reassigned to residents. On top of that, there’s a new rule limiting residents to only seven guest passes per month. If your guest doesn’t have a pass, their car will be towed without notice. EV Charging: If you have an electric vehicle, think twice. We were told charging was available, but not that it would cost an extra $250 per month. There’s only one free charger in another building, and one of the two has been broken for a long time, leaving just one working charger for about ten residents. Maintenance: In just two months we had two major leaks. The fi

I rarely write reviews, but the experience with the new property manager Ester has been so disappointing that I feel compelled to share. Since her arrival, the entire vibe of our community has shifted from friendly and welcoming to downright unpleasant. She comes across as rude, entitled, and has shown little to no interest in making residents feel valued. Instead of addressing important maintenance issues like broken door handles (so many doors are broken), non-functional fountains, and gym equipment that's been out of order for MONTHS, she's been focusing on small, unnecessary changes that only seem to add to the cost of living here. It's incredibly frustrating to see money spent on things that don't address the real problems that impact daily life for all of us. This isn't the kind of

I’ve lived here for almost a year and I love it. I truly appreciate the news letters and the communication from the office. We get lots of emails that keep us informed about what’s going on in the community. I like the food trucks they’re convenient for when I don’t want to cook. I like that we have available guest parking now so that when my kids come over they have a place to park. Thank you Ester for enforcing the rules. My favorite part of all about living here is the amazing golf course views. Thank you for playing the Dodger game in the clubhouse

Based on my personal experience, I would not choose to live in this apartment again. From move-in to move-out, I consistently felt that the way this place is managed puts almost all of the burden on the tenant. When I moved in: The carpet had a noticeably unpleasant odor (similar to dog urine), and The kitchen and refrigerator still had food residue and various debris left behind by the previous tenant. Even in this condition, management told me this was within their “standard cleanliness” level. However, when I moved out, they charged cleaning fees for the entire unit, in a way that felt completely disconnected from the actual move-in condition. It felt like the standards were very loose when you move in, and then much stricter when you move out, always to the tenant’s disadvantage.
