Adagio Apartments

I recently moved to these apartments, and I just want to express my appreciation for how welcoming and amazing everyone has been, from the management to the neighbors. A special shout-out to Fenix, the manager, who is incredibly friendly and always goes above and beyond. Today, Fenix hosted a wonderful ‘Multicultural Event’ for families to come together, celebrate each other’s cultures, and build connections. There was a potluck where everyone shared a dish and enjoyed. my daughter absolutely loved the arts and crafts! It's events like these that really make this place feel like home. The property is also always clean and well maintained, and I’m excited to continue making great memories with my family here. Highly recommend

This review is NOT about living at this complex, but parking there when visiting. I arrived for dinner at approximately 615pm, and found a parking spot. I had already been told by the person I was visiting to ONLY park in spots designated for visitors, which I did. At approximately 820pm, I returned to my vehicle to find a bright orange notice glued to my windshield, threatening me with a tow of my vehicle. I looked again at the sign posted on the spot where I parked, and was well within the time allowance for parking as a guest, which is authorized between the hours of 7am and 11pm. If you intend to rent here, please be careful to tell your visitors that parking rules are rabidly enforced. I recently visited my cousin at these apartments. It was my first time visiting and the apartments were very nice and the property well kept.

Wonderfull place. Friendly manager ever .
