This company showed a lack of integrity and ethical judgment throughout our 4 year tenancy and move-out. We were subjected to ongoing disruptions, then later held to elevated standards solely to prepare the property for sale, not because of tenant-caused issues. They stated that they work for the property owners, not the tenant. Normal wear and tear was mischaracterized as damage, and the move-out process was conducted in a way that favored ownership interests over basic fairness. Attempts to address these concerns were met with avoidance rather than accountability. If ethical conduct, integrity and fair treatment matter to you, look elsewhere

The team at Action Management are some of the most experienced, honest, hardworking people you will find anywhere in the industry. We have used them since 2011 and could not be happier with their proactive approach and excellent communication. If they ever get out of the business, I would sell everything because I would not want anyone else managing my properties. Highly recommend them to anyone.

Craig and Tracy sincerely care about their tenants. They treat everyone with the highest respect and do whatever they can to make sure things are taken care of. Action Management has been the best leasing agent i have personally worked with. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking to rent a home or have someone manage their rental.

Update: We cleaned the house upon exit. Had photos. They had comtractors in after we left. Not sure what they did to carpets etc but i had photos of everything cleaned. No calls, home owner just kept showing up whenever he felt like it which is against the lease contract. So we bailed because banging on doors at 9:30 at night was not okay and comtractors randomly appearing to work on house with zero notice. I tried turning electric / gas off my name. They wont do when you lease until the property manager notifies them your no longer residing there. They refused to do so. Wanted to keep it going while contractors did a bunch of uogrades that were to be done while we were there that never was done. So now we have 2 months of both utility bills we had to pay because they refused to tell them
