We have had many property managers over the years, but Kim is on a whole other level! She took the time to come and visit with us, spending an hour talking about her company, our home, the overall process, her management philosphy and how she runs everything, at which point we knew we wanted her to manage our home. She is extremely knowledgeable about management and the local market, and even presented us with a timeline based on the move timeline we discussed with her. We rented from Kim when we moved here from out of state. She sent us pics of the rental house and answered any questions we had about it. She was very easy to work with and any issue we had with the rental was quickly resolved. Communication was excellent and she even worked with the owners to coordinate the end of our lease, so it worked out great for both parties. I would absolutely recommend using her for any rental/landlord needs.

Kim is the best! She was helpful with both transactions; buying and selling our home. She is knowledgeable, has a calm demeanor which is so helpful as it can be overwhelming at times. She is easy to talk to, and was so quick to answer even the silliest of questions. She made all communications with the other parties involved a piece of cake. Can’t recommend her enough, I would give 6 stars if I could.

Kim has been great to work with from the start of my search for an apartment! We had a few hoops to jump through for approval and she worked with me every step of the way. She made this a pretty easy process. Would recommend to anyone.
