Crooks!!! Crooks!!! Crooks!!! Craig (the owner) refused to give my security deposit back and will not provide an invoice explaining why. He immediately moved another tenant in after I moved out. Then tells me he doesn't have the money to pay me my deposit back over 60 days later but has the audacity to tell me he had to pay off his $65K Mortgage. I guess my security deposit contributed to that. Do not trust these guys.
