I bought a home last year in March from this company that did the renovation and was the seller. My home was poorly done. the kitchen cabinets are set up where I can't open the doors properly, the top of the cabinets are uneven. the bath room floor is not install correctly, not smooth out to be flat, the tub and shower faucet is not installed, the toilet is lose when you sit on it. the put old worn out carpets in the bedrooms. They used cheap paint on the walls that is peeling and I believe the way they installed the leaf guard has caused a leak some where in my walls. They left all the trash from the roof, including nails on the ground and just place straws to cover it up. Ive tried calling them and so did my real estate agent, they don't answer there phones or returned them. they even pl

They purchased my home on 11/30/2021. We left the home mid January. They never bothered to put heating in their name. They were working in the house all of mid January thru 1/31, . I was billed $389 for gas utility. The gas company transferred that bill to my new address and told me if i didnt pay they would cut off current gas so i had to pay Aces bill. I have sent this company the zero belance showing i paid ,the original invoice of the $389. They wont acknowledge. Their voicemail stays full so you cant leave message and no one answers phone. Beware.

I am incredibly pleased with the service I received from Ace Homes for my home purchase. The home buying process can be daunting but their entire team was fantastic every step of the way.

Ace Homes responded with ridiculous post. I was NOT IN THE HOME nor did I own it the second half of January. THE BILL I PROVIDED THEM SHOWED THE DATES. ACE HOMES WAS THERE WORKING. ANY GAS BILL FOR THAT TIME BELONGS TO ACE HOMES. THEY WONT REIMBURSE ME. .

Very Professional, and met all the needs and wants for my family and I in the process of purchasing a home from them. Highly recommend them and a plus they are bilingual!!!
