Never recommending this company to anyone I know. Unprofessional, & racist. Made an appointment with Alex & he called me 10mins before my appointment & said he would be 15mins late. Alex ended up being 45mins late to the appointment & everything about him was stand off attitude & no communication at all. After asking Alex to wait 5mins for my daughter-in-law to arrive to see the place he was very hostile yelling he had to leave & he wasn’t waiting around mind you we were only seen the basement at that time. My son asked Alex why the attitude & he goes on to say he was calling the police & say we were trespassing which we didn’t understand so me & my son left. He continued to say things to my son & I as we were leaving & told us to go back to our apartment. Wish I could give this place nega

Disappointing service. Tried to work with Alex and Jerry but in the end, I took a great loss. Communication was lacking and "bad luck" with tenants destroyed my properties. For what it's worth Alex is a great guy. I wish they would have done better in terms of taking care of the properties, communication, and providing documentation. I wish them well.

If I could give negative stars I would! The absolute worst property management company in town. Very unprofessional! Never answer the phone! Nothing is an emergency to them. They lie and cheat you out of every penny! If you are a landlord or a tenant looking for a team- they are not it! You can tell by the little amount of properties they have listed. I had called them many times to get update after sending them money for a property. I have never heard back from them. I also had my agent contact them too and they have not responded back to them. Once again do not do business with these guys they will lie to you and steal your money.

I've used Accurate LLC to manage my rental property since 2009 and have had zero issues (it does help I've had the same great tenants the whole time too). Accurate (Alex and Jerry) do a great job on handling any property issues and only contact me if it's a problem that needs some owner funds to resolve. They expertly managed a HVAC replacement last year in early summer, working with the tenant to get some indoor rolling units to keep the house cool enough till the HVAC was replaced. 100% A++++ and I would use them again if ever needed.
