James understood the assignment. He inspected a house built in 1973. He addressed my concerns over the phone and already had a plan to inspect those areas. James actually climbed onto the roof and into the crawl space. He was methodical in his approach to the inspection. The report was very detailed with pictures he had taken and he provided graphics for how the defect should look. Details matter in a home inspection.
