here we are after a hurricane..house destroyed..no more possessions..selling our homes for less than half their original value..n we have to deal with snippy..unfriendly workers at Accent Title..from 1st phone call to our signing settlement papers..hoping when I come back to area n buy a house there willbe another title company or more customer friendly employees. We were down n put n these two workers made our day even worse.

They could not be any nicer or any more helpful when I consulted with them about questions about the future sale of my property. They went above and beyond to be helpful with my many questions and informed me of what I needed to do.

Incompetent. They asked our association to guarantee a lien that was filed against another association by vendors with whom we have no contracts. This seriously upset a buyer and is potentially causing a lost sale.
