I am leaving this review to express my deep concerns regarding the ongoing issues I have faced as a tenant in one of your buildings in Washington, D.C., since June 2021. I have been a tenant since 2016, consistently paying my rent on time, even during the COVID-19 pandemic. Unfortunately, I have been dealing with a persistent rat infestation that has not been adequately addressed. While efforts such as bringing in "rat dogs" to detect the rodents have been made, they have not resulted in a solution. Additionally, in 2024, a water leak led to severe black mold in my office, and it took months to have it remediated. As of 2025, the situation has worsened. I've called about their Elmsford/white plans locations 4 times this month with not even a call back. Not sure why you'd hire this company to lease your property. Entirely unresponsive.
