They will tow you for parking in the street when there is absolutely no parking left and you’re forced to do so. But will park their golf carts in fire lanes with no regards for human life in case of emergency. After informing a maintenance worker, he said “okay” and walked away without a care. After informing management of the golf cart in the fire lane. The property manager responded, saying thank you for the information. The cart then moved, and showed back up in the fire lane where it remained for hours. Please exhibit the picture along with this post and notice the sign that they parked directly in front of. And before I get a response from the “owner” saying to connect with the team personally. I’ve tried. Everyone from management, to maintenance, to front office employees shows exac

I want to share my experience to help future tenants understand the conditions at this property. My review is based strictly on documented events: On 11/4/23, management left my heat off after canceling a work order, during cold temperatures. On 8/26/24, I informed the corporate office of Sentinel, the property owner based in New York, about water damage and mold in my unit. No action was taken until 11/2025, after I indicated I would contact the state. During this period, my wife was pregnant and exposed to mold while cooking and living in the unit, which likely contributed to health risks. Around May 2023, staff entered my unit without consent or notice while I was not home. Repairs promised 3 years ago remain incomplete. Certain issues, like the chalking around the tubs, were said to be

Do not move here! I’ve been here for 5 years and the management and the maintenance are terrible now! The leasing office girls are nice and helpful but the Manager and A Manager are rude and pass the blame and refuse to talk to you when you have a problem or they just lie and nothing changes. I waited over 9 months to have my work order addressed. If you live here don’t allow any maintenance in your apartment except Fred. There are huge rats everywhere. The Manger (Gus) allows people he likes to have bbq grills and it’s a non smoking community. My son is currently moving out of his apartment due to how he was treated and we are giving our notice as well. There is no parking and i pay for a garage i can’t even drive into due to illegal parked cars. After it’s all said and done I pay 3000.00

People just park in the street like it’s nothing. They cause a lot of traffic and make it hard for the people who pay for garages to get out, most of the time. They block dumpsters and stop signs. They are lazy there are plenty of parking spots by the front office.

This is an honest review. I just moved out after living there for a year and here is a quick rundown. The Good: The staff is friendly and helpful. Work orders get filled quickly. The pool is also really nice and well maintained. The overall grounds are kept up, with the exception of tenants not picking up after their dogs. I read the complaints about parking, my car never got towed, they're strict on having your pass showing to ensure plenty of parking is available. My wife and I cleaned up the place really well before we moved out and they didn't charge us extra, which I am grateful for. The Bad: This place nickels and dimes every chance they get. One might even say they used a "bate and switch" on the agreed upon rent. The water bill is shared and averages around $70 a month. But there
