Abstract title is my GO-TO for closings! I have been selling real estate for over 11 years and have closed at title companies all over Knoxville. I can confidently say that Abstract title is the very best! This company does not know what it’s doing when it comes to estates or wills. Do not allow them to do any sales of land or property they will hold your money and allow people to weasel their way into will that have been deceased for 20+ years withholding money from a women who has terminal cancer because they were wrong & prideful

I have been an agent for 11 years and this was by far the worst company I have ever closed with. Communication during the entire process was very lacking and it took days and repeated phone calls to get someone to call me back. They did not send email updates nor did they call with any updates. The only time they reached out to me was the automatic email that i received when i emailed the new contract documents to them. I had a sick baby and could not attend closing so they were to mail my check to my office which is 0.4 miles away from them. After 4 days I still did not have my closing check or documents. When I called them they said "they didn't want to waste the money to overnight the check and they mailed it on Friday". Obviously that is not correct information either since it is 4 da
