Absolute Realty

I've used Susie at Absolute Realty for 8 purchase and sales transactions and the management of 2 properties, over the past 14 years. She is knowledgeable, professional, trustworthy, and goes above and beyond expectations. I've worked with a lot of agents but none better than Susie. She's traipsed through fields and been chased by livestock with me, stood by me in court, and, more than once, put my interests above her own commission by advising me to get out of bad deals.

If I could give negative stars, I would. These people are crooks. They don't give proper notice. They take the law into their own hands, kicking people out of places without proper notice and making threats of calling the police. They even kick people out even though their rent is paid up. I'll bet they wont refund any unused rent either. I'm going to report them and try to get their license revoked. They can't keep doing this to people!

I just moved into a place that was far from ready to rent. Everytime I have had an issue the broker tried to put the blame on me, there are ants she thought I brought them over and there are other issues. The place was dirty and all the faucets either need replacing or fixing. This person does not have the ability or finess to manage property. I am very frustrated.
