And when our budget suddenly increased, De' had a whole new list of fabulous buildings to show us in MINUTES! Every unit and building we saw, he created and uploaded videos of so we could review them as many times as we needed. He would record the unit AND all the amenities! The man got utility rooms unlocked so I could inspect HVAC and Water systems! And super gay friendly to me and my husband, which really made us comfortable. Choose De'! You be happy you did! Best realtor I have ever worked with, and we move a LOT.
