AAA-Adams Abstract Associates Inc

Every document they prepared contained numerous typos and errors. Names and states spelled wrong, dollar amounts incorrect, etc. Also will not return money to me that was ordered by the court. Then when I filed a complaint with Attorney General, AAA actually responded by accusing me of "shady dealings". And now refuses to return my estate paperwork. AAA has already been court ordered to return my money and completely ignored it, outright ripped me off. If not for mortgage forbearance during COVID I would of lost my house due to AAA not doing my title work correctly.

My experience with Adams Abstract Associates was the worst I've ever had when conducting a property settlement and this was my 20th property deal. I was the seller and AAA failed to respond to my emails and phone calls. The paperwork errors were inexcusable - names were wrong, there were incorrect state abbreviations, and dollar amounts were for the wrong property. Nothing occurred in the timeline that they set. Their idea of an electronic closing is to email documents that you need to print, sign, notarize, and then mail back. My impression of this company is that it is a "mom and pop" shop that works part time to supplement their income as they ease into retirement. If you want something done right and in a timely manner, go to someone else.

We recently installed some hardwood in her home and knew right away we were dealing with a totally unreasonable customer. We have been in business 24years and I don't recall anyone being so difficult to work with. We finished the job, collected her balance, she even said everything looked good and then proceeded to leave us our first ever 1-Star Review!!!! Everything she said about us was false or highly exaggerated. Her review of Adams was similar to ours. She plays the victim with no regard to the company she is trying to slander. The staff is very helpful and friendly. However, they need to pay closer attention to details. They made some errors on the settlement paperwork which turned out to be somewhat of a hassle.
