I know a lot of people in my building on 71st had problems with management, but I have been here since 2015 and have had little to no problems. They can be a bit slow to do repairs but anything I've asked for was done within a week or two. Insect problems weren't a big deal as long as I cleaned well. The Building Managers have all been understanding regardless of minor language barriers.

Owns a building on 71st roach , mice , ant's and bedbug infested mold threw out building look up their building violations they have over 5 and continue to not do anything for the building your apartment could have the ceiling caved in (actual event) and would say where is rent ? But can't do anything about the ceiling it's poorly cared for beware !!!!
