I am a former tenant who was forced to move after my apartment building was condemned. I waited to write this review because I wanted to see how the company would handle the situation and whether they would do the right thing. Unfortunately, they did not. After the company bought the building, it was allowed to fall into serious disrepair. Heat was not consistently provided during the winter, and ongoing maintenance issues were ignored or poorly handled. Eventually, the building was condemned and tenants were forced to move during one of the coldest months of the year. Danny the electrician has done such a WONDERFUL job taking care of the entire autumn run property and also my unit, I had the power go out in half of my unit and Danny responded to my maintenance request nearly IMMEDIATELY and had our power restored and outlets changed in less than an hour, upon fixing our outlets Danny also noticed our carpet might have needed to have the metal lining replaced before one of my kiddos could get hurt later on and he fixed it for us in less than 5 minutes, I had another random power issue happen in my house where half the electricity went out and Danny was already on his way home for the day, instead of going home Danny immediately turned around and fixed our electricity out of the kindness of his heart. I’ve lived in two different sierra managed properties and have had only good experiences. 10/10.

Has got to be among the top WORST land-lords in the area. Rest assured NOTHING will be fixed and or replaced within your apartment. We have about 3 gaping holes in our bathroom that according to them is "fixed" after they come look at it just to shake off the issue and "complete" the work request. Not to mention when the bathroom sink had bad pipes so the big solution was to smash a hole in the wall under the sink "to get to the pipes easier" yet never came back to fix this hole allowing bugs and anything else inside. Yea this company is so God-awful we have considered getting Legally involved in things dont change!

Lived at, the property on Ontario, in Oak Park for over 5 years and I really enjoyed my stay. You’re getting a great deal on the rent prices considering the proximity you have to everything in downtown Oak Park. The building is pretty quiet and you have a garage parking space included which is so convenient. The resident property manager Bianca, replies to emails very promptly. Our maintenance man was the best. He is readily available at any time for all emergencies and we were always able to reach him via phone call or text. The hallways and common areas are cleaned almost daily and the laundry room is almost always available. I highly recommend renting with Sierra Realty.
