The Henry at Harms Woods

GREAT experience with The Henry and especially with Nick and Emme. These two are real professionals, they know how to treat people in a kind manner, they care about their jobs and it shows. I have been very impressed with the way they promote the property, but as importantly the way they own a challenge. Unlike the last building I lived in (which will go unnamed) where management turned a blind eye to tenants and their concerns, The Henry appears to listen to tenants and make decisions based on what is good for both the tenant population and ownership. We absolutely love living here and having our dog featured as “dog of the month” has made it even better. The building staff has been so kind to our family and ourdog. They made our dog feel so special as dog of the month with lots of treats as a reward! So grateful to live somewhere that celebrates the little things!

I'd been looking for a new place for months. I live and work downtown and was hoping to find a new home space that was a respite from the frenetic pace of my workday. My hopes were not only matched, but exceeded at The Henry. Emme, the leasing manager, is a superstar. Professional, knowledgeable, and kind - with such a positive attitude, touring the spaces was actually a fun experience. Additionally, Emme's patience is nothing short of saint-like. I am...particular about where I live. I'm very nice about it, but I know what I'm looking for and want to be 100% certain before making a decision.
