A-List Apartments

Took my application fee and never heard back from them about the apartment I viewed. Had to hunt them down for weeks for a response and was denied via phone but not told why. The apartments are old, outdated, in bad neighborhoods, have mold everywhere and are ridiculously expensive for no reason.

I worked with David to find an apartment! He was very patient and responsive. Myself and my family are really loving our new space and I’m so happy that David could get us into something before the bad weather began. 😊

I am VERY disappointed in this company. The realtor was NOT responsive, the paperwork was NOT properly written and made no sense, I checked my credit prior to looking for a place. I’m almost at 800, their decision to deny us was a letter stating “MAYBE’s” that was based mostly on credit scores. The letter did not even state an actual reason I was denied. The letter given was a huge contradiction and there was no professionalism throughout the process. I would NEVER recommend using their company.
