A Lidde Appraisal Company is awesome! Beth, the owner did a private appraisal for me. She was so good at explaining everything, came over to the house quickly and sent the report to me quickly also. I would refer her to anyone who needs a residential appraisal.

Personally would never deal with this company. The owner Beth has a terrible attitude and very rude person. There are other appraisal companies to use in the area.
