We consulted Alan before purchasing the building lot, then worked with him to design and build a custom home the leveraged the lot's view/topology. Alan uses smaller crews that focus on quality/customer satisfaction over speed. For us, the build was open book allowing us to have the construction note and approve all draws (bill/invoices). We were not local to the area during the build, so we regularly got pictures/emails of the build as it progressed. Over the design/build, we became friends with Alan and would recommend him to anyone doing a custom build.

Alan Wolff builds a great house— solid, good quality, and durable. He has built one house for us and done a remodel/addition and he is awesome to work with— responsive, intuitive, understanding, and dependable. He doesn’t cut corners but it’s a practical build— you get to choose materials and thus control the price. I feel like building with Alan was a great positive adventure and happily a concerted effort. Highly recommended!

Alan walked us through building our custom home from design to move-in. His knowledge of materials, building requirements, and such ensured a well built, safe, and comfortable home for us. He really pays attention to the foundational work, ensuring drainage, radon, and such are all addressed effectively. His subs did an amazing job with all finishing work.
