I’ve had a great experience living at 801 Lasco Apartments. The property is clean, well-maintained, and in a convenient location. Management is professional and responsive, and maintenance requests are handled quickly. The community feels safe and peaceful, which makes it easy to feel at home. I would definitely recommend 801 Lasco to anyone looking for a comfortable place to live!

I had an amazing experience working with Ashley as my agent! She was so communicative and made the entire apartment process super smooth and stress-free. From the tour to the paperwork, she was on top of everything. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Highly recommend her!

Ashley did such a wonderful job in touring and giving me information. Even though I wasn’t moving yet for a couple of months, she was able to help me see the amenities, information on floor plans and fees. She was super sweet, helpful, informative and patient. Their tik toks convinced me come in, the way they are online is the same as in person; very creative and welcoming! It is a wonderful kept up property, I’m definitely coming back to lease with her once it’s closer to my move in!

I have been staying here for more than a year. Worst place to stay as the new leasing ppl changed they don’t respond or answer to ur questions and give half information in case they respond. Parking here is a scam they change the process and they don’t let you know the process and you have to pay around $350 to get your car back. garage door doesn’t work and from the ppl I have spoken to in the community 4 ppls car roof has hit the garage door. More over they have a worst fire alarm system which turns on for no reason in late night. Most of the time leasing staff are not in the office

I had a deeply disappointing and stressful experience with 801 LasCo Apartments. After signing a lease and preparing for a mid-January move-in, we were later informed that the current tenants chose to extend their stay. As a result, the apartment we had already leased was no longer available. Management offered alternative units, but none met the requirements we had originally agreed upon. This left us in an urgent and extremely stressful housing situation that we feel could have been handled far more professionally. During this process, our interactions with leasing staff member Katlynn were particularly difficult.
