Only rating it a 1 star because Since Ms. Ericka left nothing has been the same. There’s absolutely no communication. I’ve lost out on getting approved for leases because the new management never answers the phone, never is I. The office, never responds to Facebook messages or comments. They really make things more difficult if you’re looking for landlord reviews. Whoever Amanda is never is there I’ve called numerous times a day for a week looking and making sure i get in contact with someone because I am a section 8 voucher recipient and only have a limited time to find a home that can get previous landlord verification. It shouldn’t be this much of a hassle if the property manager was actually there doing her job!!!!

I live here now. It’s terrible. My laundry gets stolen out of the dryers multiple times and no one checks the camera or does anything about it. I can’t contact anyone because no one answers the phone or emails. This place is horrible, it’s dirty inside 24/7 and the fire alarm goes off randomly all the time. It’s never a manager in the office and I can never contact people when stuff happens. DON’T MOVE HERE. They need to shut this place down ASAP

Nobody ever answers tbe phone and or responds to emails/messages sent on there website! I'm always highly suspicious when a company doesn't have rent prices listed on anybody thete socosl media platforms. I shouldn't have to go through this much trouble to find out what rent is for a one bedroom. I also messaged the property management compsn6 to fi d out what rent will br for a one bedroom at thee new property opening this August (Michigan Street Commons). Again no responses back and no rent prices listed anywhere on there social media platforms. Ridiculous.

I was a tenant and have tried to call ACC management for my security deposit as my apartment was left in perfect condition and they are completely scam artists. Unsafe hallways, drug paraphernalia in the hallways, what a disgusting place. I am reporting to the Better business bureau

I only saw this place and already I can tell it is awesome!! It's georgous inside and out! Spacious, tall ceilings and Erika the manager is awesome! I hope to live here some day. Fingers crossed 🤞 love it. Lauren
