I lived at 6600 Main and moving out was one of the BEST decisions I made. Let’s start with management…. Stephanie, the current manager is a true living nightmare to deal with. Her emails consistently came off condescending and combative instead of helpful. After the previous manager, Beth, left, many of us thought things would improve. They didn’t… they got worse. Apparently, one of the qualifications to hold a management position at 6600 Main is having zero professionalism and absolutely no sense of ethics. And let’s not forget dear Ynarvys who was, in my experience, incredibly rude and unprofessional. I strongly suggest that anyone currently living there keep ALL communication in writing. My daughter and son-in-law live here, so I visit often to see my grandkids, and every time I come it’s worse than the last. The hallways constantly reek of weed, making it disgusting to even walk through with children. In the garage, kids skateboard around dangerously — one of them even hit my car during a visit. Outside, the trash situation is out of control, with garbage scattered everywhere and pet waste bins overflowing to the point of being unbearable. When I went to the pool, I was shocked at the state of the amenities. One BBQ didn’t work at all, and for the other one a guest had to go out and buy his own gas tank because the building’s was completely empty. If I could give less than a 1 star review, I would. Stephanie Nieves, the property manager, is the worst communicator. Sent her an email about a week ago regarding my security deposit. Could not get a hold of her at all. Had to call the office several times and was told they couldn’t help me because I wasn’t a resident anymore. They sent me a letter stating they were going to deduct $305 from my security deposit due to “kitchen countertop damages”. I barely even cooked in that kitchen. They said I had 15 days to dispute. After speaking to customer service and having them write in their notes on all of my failed attempts in contacting Stephanie, she finally got back to me stating that they could not reimburse me my additional $300. We stopped by without an appointment and the office was packed, but Beth still came out to greet us and offered to help. We weren’t sure about our move-in date, but she took the time to explain pricing, asked great questions, and helped us figure out what would work best for us and our dog. She showed us a few different options, including one that better fit our budget. The property is beautiful, the gym is awesome, and Beth was super friendly and helpful. We’ll definitely apply when the time is right!

We just moved into 6600 Main and have had an amazing leasing/moving experience. The leasing team is incredible, super friendly and got to know me before I got to know them! They are helpful, efficient, respond in a timely manner and truly treat residents as if they are family. The maintenance team is quick to fix repairs and are just as friendly as the front office. The building has been well maintained, is always cleaned, and is very quiet.
