I chose 66 Summer Street as my home and here’s why: 1. Location: as an ex real estate agent location will always be my first choice. Walkable access to United Nations of restaurants, Ferguson Library, doctor’s offices, and Mill River Park. 2. Property Management’s open door policy is led by the indefatigable and thoughtful, always cheerfully available Adam Randall. 3. Maintenance is prompt and respectful per Randy Carpio. 4. Reliable Concierge snow or rain. 5. Building is well built and quiet, kept clean, warm and dry thanks to Cesare.I It will be my 3rd year here where it feels more like a community than an apartment complex. I can’t say enough good things about 66 Summer. I have genuinely loved living here. The building events put on by Jonathan are always fun and have been a great way to meet people and feel connected to the community. Jonathan is a true asset to 66 summer!! The leasing team led by Adam is incredibly knowledgeable and helpful!!! The maintenance team deserves special recognition. Randy consistently goes above and beyond. He is knowledgeable, friendly, and quick to respond. Whenever something needs attention, he takes care of it, makes sure it is done correctly, and checks back to be sure everything is working. I highly recommend living at 66 Summer.

My partner and I have lived at 66 Summer for the past several years and have never felt more at home! The management and staff are amazing and treat everyone in the building like family. Some of our favorite amenities are the rooftop and fun events like summer BBQs and Halloween parties. The location is amazing- a short walk or free shuttle to the train, a newly re-done Summer Street- with an endless amount of food and drink options and the beautiful Mill River Park is right across the street. There are quite a few buildings in this area, but the value, location and cleanliness of 66 Summer is hard to beat. Did I mention SALLYS APIZZA is in the same building? Highly recommend checking it out!

Super content with living here so far. The units are in great condition, staff is helpful, and residents are friendly all around. The coffee machine in the lounge is a huge plus!
