Hina is incredible. Never have I felt such genuine care for our comfort from a building manager. She walked my girlfriend and I through every detail of the building (down to giving us advice on keeping spare batteries for the garage remotes in our cars). We really appreciated her going the extra mile to make everything so clear and easy for us.

Just know that if you live here, you will get NO peace.There is a woman that lives on the 4th floor of this building- she sits on her patio and smokes cigarettes all day long- from sun up to sun down. To say that she coughs very loudly would be an understatement. This woman sits on her patio all day long and HACKS... So loudly that I can hear it over my tv, music, and consistently get woken up from my sleep to it. It's so loud, constant, and disgusting that there is no escaping it. RESPONSE to management's comment: If you have not received any complaints about this woman, then how did management already know who I was referencing on two different occasions that I called?
