My building was bought and is managed by 606 reality now. The property menagement company is very accommodating and willing to work with tenants as long as you let Kurt or Tim know about the issue. They are great people, very understanding and accommodating, I have been under 606 reality menagement just a few months but in thous short few mouths I have not had a bad experience with the company, as a matter of fact I had a great experience with the company. They look at you as human beings. Every time I made a agreedment with them they ware always resenable. I lived under 3 different menagement companys and by far this one is best one. It's simple stick to what you told them you ware going to do and everything will be fine, communication is key don't just keep them in the dark talk to them

Former tenant of 606. My wife and I rented with this management company for approximately 2.5 years. The unit itself was decent and relatively updated, and the building was generally maintained. However, management communication and responsiveness were ongoing issues. We ultimately ended our lease early through an early termination option that management offered, though approval became unexpectedly difficult after the offer was made. The elevator broke frequently, and management did not conduct regular check-ins or proactively monitor the building. Residents typically had to alert management when the elevator was not functioning, and when it did break, no clear timelines were provided for repairs. My experience with 606 Realty was stressful and frustrating, especially toward the end. When I’d try to reach out they never answer or call back. They seem to prefer conversations only through their app, my voicemails about serious problems were not promptly addressed if not any. I had a flood in the summer that wasn’t addressed (called their emergency line) and maintenance took pictures of all the damages. I was distraught from personal loss moreover I didn’t sit around and wait for problems to be solved so I got to cleaning and making it safe as I could for myself. For the flooding I’d thought they’d check in at least to know if we had any problems with loss or whatever but when I did bring it up Tim said there were no reports & blamed for not reporting it. TERRIBLE management- package thief for my order and for other residents at 6930 Greenview - contacted the office and nothing has been done for over a week now. Never checked video footage- probably not even recording. Laundry machine steals your money. Filed a work order multiple times and they did nothing. Hallway smelled like poop for days last week. Management has not fixed a HOLE IN THE CEILING in 2 months. Mold is a serious issue. The maintenance team charged me $100 to open my own door. The company paying their workers is the reason I pay rent, not to be scammed and pay someone out of pocket. They have no copy of my lease. Maintenance has not fixed my breaker in 3 days. The laundry machine steals your money. The shower is leaking and after 3 days and 5 calls no one has helped.

I am moving into a new apartment and the staff have been so unbelievably helpful. I am a new renter just finishing university and was incredibly scared as to what to expect. The staff answered every question that I had in such a timely manner. I am grateful for the time that each representative/agent took in not only making me feel welcomed but seen as a tenant as well. I am happy I chose the apartment that I did. It is priced well especially for the size that it is. Thank you to 606 Realty for all the help that you have provided!
