I’m between LA and NYC. My boss has a corporate apt here we that we collectively use when traveling. This building has been my home away from home for the past year and a half. I absolutely love it. It’s super clean, very stylish, very chic, I generally meditate every morning on the balcony or on the rooftop terrace. It’s such a wonderful apartment building, I don’t know who the managers are, I’ve never had the need to meet them. But everything is maintained perfectly. I’m so happy living here instead of being trapped in a hotel. I’m not one that leaves the reviews, it’s just not my style, but when I saw the opportunity I just had to.

5/7/2023 UPDATE: I came back again as of Sunday. Did another tour as I'm planning to rent this place since I had a great experience but the units lack a lot of amenities compared to modern apartments that are in the same price range. Starting with the AC thermostat being the old manual kind from the 1990s instead of using Google nest or wi-fi based app thermostat. The fridge with the ice maker doesn't have a filter option for being advertised as "one of a kind". The common area and general interior of the common areas look dirty compared to similar price ranges. The BBQ area looks old, the "community" garden is dead and reminds me of an abandoned cemetery, and just over feel of the place looks neglected and sun bleached. I feel the need to write a review because there are constant complaints about this building with management everyday from many residents (confirmed because people have started posting papers on walls in the building stating concerns because the management pretty much does nothing about anything). To start, I've lived in this building almost a year and my girlfriend has lived here 2 years. The apartments are new but they are charging top dollar for them so that's expected. They have switched managers 4 times in the last two years. The parking garage is constantly surrounded by homeless people and drug users yelling at you as you go in. People constantly block parking spaces and there's nothing you can do about it because the management is virtually unreachable and the only person who can c

You can’t even light a candle in this place without getting an email. As if living next to the homeless colony and having absolutely no amenities wasn’t enough. And the “media room” they claim to be an amenity has been permanently closed for as long as I’ve lived there. Also the management has switched 3 times with in a year with loosing track of leases’ and payments etc. ALSO, dishwasher has been broke the whole year ive lived here, have requested MULTIPLE times to fix it. No one gets back or has said anything still lol. I suggest living absolutely anywhere else but here.

The walls and roof top are so thin that I hear noises from AC and cars all the time and can’t sleep at all. It’s ridiculous that I paid such a high price for this poor quality of the building!
