I’ll be very honest. Of the 5 months I spent here the management team has been nice and everything else has been good. BUT the garage door is broken for 3 months, with full access to EVERYONE, suspicious people knocking on residences’ doors. They fix the door every 2 weeks, and it only worked for 3 days out of 3 months.

Building is dirty and worn down even though it’s not that old. The elevators are the slowest elevators you’ll ever encounter. You can hear every single thing in the units above you. You cannot get a quick response from management or maintenance. Terrible - waste of money and waste of time

I had an amazing experience with Josh, the manager. He was super helpful, friendly, and made the entire leasing process smooth and easy for me. The building is also clean and well kept with lots of great amenities. If you’re looking to rent a home, this is definitely the place and go see Josh!!!

We were looking for a conveniently located, nice building with amenities in LA for a family member and found the Fifty Five Fifty apartments in Hollywood. I have high praise for the leasing staff as they have been so friendly, kind and accommodating. Julia was very helpful and took us for a tour, answered all our questions patiently and guided us through the application process. Marcos is just fabulous! He kept me updated during the approval process and as we got the apartment a few weeks before the move-in date during which time we ordered furniture, rugs etc, he kindly offered to put everything in the apartment.
