Nicholas did an excellent job repairing my air conditioner. It took several visits but finally it was completed without incident. Nicholas kept me informed as to the process and worked tirelessly to resolve my issue. Nicholas is very professional and friendly. I am very satisfied with his service call and would highly recommend him.

If I had it my way, Jorge L would be my go to technician for every need. Thorough, honest, timely and very reliable, patient with all my questions and doesn’t treat me differently for being a female head of household. I know my stuff and try to maintain as much as I can on my own and the respect he offers is the main reason I continue to keep my Sears home warranty. I’ve put faith in other companies in the past, just to be ignored when a follow up issue comes about. I’ve never felt that way with Sears and it’s because of tech like Jorge. Thank you.

Tech was polite, but was unprepared upon first visit for an A/C unit not cooling properly. He refilled the refridgerant, saying it could be leaking out, but didn’t have sealant on the truck, and made an appointment to come back out to check it 5 days from the original visit to check the levels. At second visit, he still didn’t have the sealant because he needed approval because “it’s expensive and he used the last of it yesterday”, and apparently didn’t have a coil either, which he knew he needed to order, but hadn’t ordered yet because he “wanted our opinion first”. Opinion on what?? We just want working A/C! We were hoping for some kind of quick fix, to replace a little part or something simple but turns out we need a new unit because the compressor required isn’t made anymore. Then w

Dino my technician was great! The only issue I had was with Sears. The first technician never showed after waiting for 4 hours. No communication. My part was never sent to me for the second appointment but thankfully Dino, the second technician had an extra part that I needed with him.

Why are asking for the review??? No one ever did any work for me. Please explain to me!!!!!! Your technician didn’t show on 7/13/24. I waited from 8 am to 7 pm!!! I’m still waiting for your technician to come today!!! Is anyone planning to come??? I took 2 days OFF. Loosing as of now $495 for missing work. Am I going to be recompansaded for it??? Also I have no A/C and temperature inside is 88 degrees. Please respond!!!
