5401 Cornell Apartments by 3L Living

The worst experience possible. If you are planning to move here, DO NOT DO IT. Management is completely incompetent and has no control over the building. Thieves live in this place, packages are constantly stolen, and security is practically nonexistent. The environment is disgusting. There are too many people with very poor hygiene and a terrible appearance. The common areas are a total mess, especially the shared kitchen, which is absolutely filthy. Many residents use it and never clean it; they leave food everywhere and the sink is left completely dirty and gross. No one should consider living here. Before moving in, do everything possible to avoid this place. It should only be an option for someone with absolutely no other choice.

While the building has great potential the corporation does not see to the issues the tenants are dealing with. There’s only one maintenance worker for a building that encompasses more way more than 100 units. People are rented apartments and given no key to the front door… there’s not a phone number to call for emergencies, no one to talk to at the office never there unless they’re showing a unit and they do not answer emails… over 10 new renters and no mailbox keys… the elevator was out for 2 days! If you live above the second floor? You’re in pain especially if you have a disability…. Garbage cans are at the mailbox room and the entry hall elevators and the smells that are greeted upon entry are foul…. Packages are stolen often and the door for the storage room is always compromised…. E

Do NOT move here! When we moved in, the apartment was filthy. there was mold in the bathroom, broken windows that still haven’t been fixed, and roaches... We even had to wait weeks just to get another set of keys! Maintenance is a joke. they never fix anything, make excuses, and say they “forgot.” We were also without a fridge for almost two weeks before anyone even came out to look at it. Management doesn’t care at all about the residents or the conditions people are living in. This place is stressful, dirty, and completely unprofessional. Save yourself the trouble and stay far away from here!

Please do not move into this dump. Incompetent management that you can never reach and they do not care about you. The place is infested with roaches and ratchet thieves that repeatedly steal. Not only do they steal your packages they go in the parcel room and cut open every delivery to see what’s inside to steal. The management does nothing about or care so thieves keep doing it despite people leaving warning letters in the elevators to call the cops. Unfortunately nothing works, and I have to move out I lost so much money to these worthless thieves.

Johnathan Dixon. The manager,a bad representative for this company. Is not only ignorant but plain unprofessional. Without bothering to call.confirm my info.he acused me of not providing my correct name or tel #. Both of which were provided on several emails.texts and form to request an appointment, which he canceled out of the blue.while visiting the area on other appointments I stopped 2 times .leaving a message with the same information at the door camera/ ring device.he never answered. He never got back, he never acknowledge my messages. Is he unprofessional,ignorant,racist?. Lazy?did he not like my last name? Well I checked reviews on the property. I found this place seems to be a roach,mouse infested slump that gets no maintenance. Reviews advise not to rent here.. I could not find
