51 South Apartments

We recently visited this apartment complex and were very interested in renting. After viewing, we asked about any current offers and were told the agent would check with management and get back to us. Despite multiple follow-ups from our end over a few days, our calls were ignored or postponed repeatedly. Interestingly, when we called from a different number, the agent immediately picked up and shared that no offers were available. This behavior felt unprofessional and dismissive. Prompt and transparent communication is key when dealing with potential tenants, and unfortunately, this was lacking in our experience. We hope management addresses this issue so future renters aren’t treated this way.

Absolutely love living at 51 South. The building is beautiful, the staff is genuinely friendly and helpful, and the amenities are truly outstanding. With an unbeatable location on top of it all, I couldn’t be happier with my choice.

This place has very nice amenities. Management are super friendly but I give it one star for the fact that I can’t sleep at night due to the loud music from the bar across the street

Very clean, stayed at an Airbnb after I was released from the hospital following a serious spine surgery. For someone out of state, having surgery in Manhattan, this place was a life saver.

Apartments and building amenities are nice but the bar across the street plays loud music some days a week 7pm - 3am which can obviously be heard inside the apartments
