509 North Apartments

PLEASE AVOID THIS APARTMENT COMPANY. I chose to live here during my few months at ASU. They real you in with good deals on the lease but it wasn’t worth it at all. Communication between management is ridiculous. Many back and forth and times were you’re not on the same page. Here is my bathroom that had a cracked ceiling due to the tenant above me. They spackled it only to have it fall through again a few weeks later. No one offered any compensation for the leaking and smell left in my apartment due to sitting water. But they were quick to withhold my security deposit after moved out before my lease was over. I have ring camera footage of my upstairs neighbors fighting with a knife in hand in front of my door to show so much for feeling safe in your own home. 0/10 recommend. IT IS NOT WOR

I really had high hopes and was let down. Half if not all amenities don't work and are inaccessible. 4 flights of steps for 3 floors worth of apartments. Storage closets are pretty much a no-go considering they don't have locks and the office can't even tell you when locks are gonna get put on them. Pools don't work and they can't tell you when they are gonna be working. Literally have stuff from move in just sitting in my closet. Apartment wasn't fully ready on move-in day when they promised everything would be ready. Please don't look past the new appliances, recognize that new management can't even save this complex. Then they have the nerve to say they're doing inspections like we're in college. Should inspect why half the apartments on the 1st and 2nd floors are unable to be used. Lit

DO NOT MOVE HERE. I moved into this Community with high hopes of peace and tranquility, considering that rent is just over $1000 for a 2 bedroom. My experience has been the complete opposite. I am not sure which is worse, the roaches, rats, loud neighbors or the tow company that rides around with a tag reader finding reasons to tow your vehicle. You can literally hear your neighbors above and below you. The walls are paper thin. If you are ok with intermittent pests and lousy staff-- this is the place for you. Otherwise save your time and money. I will be updating my review with pictures of the property. I gave it 1 star because all appliances are new.

I had a great experience! Any maintenance requests were always handled within a few days. Staff was nice and always helpful!

This apartment complex is awful! Management is basically nonexistent. No one will communicate w us. We don’t even have a maintenance man yet mark work orders that are complete even when they are not. We’ve had water damage in our apartment that caused the ceiling to crack and cave in and no one has tried to do anything about it. This is a safety hazard. Water was leaking and we have water damage on the floors now. YET NO ONE WILL COME AND FIX THIS!!!! It’s like they don’t even care. The property manager won’t even communicate w us on updates to get it fixed or nothing. These apartments are basically falling apart. I have paint that’s chipping and falling in my bathroom and constant bugs. This is awful and this company is very unorganized, understaffed and unprofessional!
