This agency is extremely unprofessional and unqualified. I’ve been trying to get in touch about touring an apartment and getting a lease started for the past few months. I’ve been met with nothing but a dismissive demeanor from everyone that I’ve spoken with. I am extremely upset with the service, the team has provided. Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere.

My apartment bathroom has been flooding since August 14th, 2024. I have left multiple service requests, called the emergency maintenance line, called the leasing office, emailed and called the property manager. I have done everything. And today the leaking has spread to my kitchen. Now I live in a studio apartment so half of my living space is flooding. AND NOTHING IS BEING DONE ABOUT IT. I had to call the fire department to get the electricity turned off because the water is leaking through active electrical fixtures. I have been told that maintenance is on their way/ will fix this issue repeatedly for the last 3 months. AND NOTHING HAS BEEN DONE. I will be calling the building inspector and getting a lawyer. Was told to contact them and given an email no reply it's been over a month. I'll see if a lawyer has better luck Edit: called was told someone would be in contact again but no one has been. Been over three months now since I was told someone would get back to me. They just avoid answering till statue of limitations is up to resolve issues

This company is a joke. I rented at one of their apartments in Ohio. I moved out and took a video walkthrough when I left. The place looked really good. They decided to keep most of my deposit for petty items. That wasn't even the worst part. When they said they mailed the deposit back I am still waiting over a month later. I have left numerous messages, I have emailed the property manager along with the company itself. I have never heard back from anyone. I'm not even sure if the check was lost in the mail or not even sent out at all. Its weird, If I owed them money for this long I'm sure id be in collections by now. I hope you never have to deal with them for any reason because you will never hear back.

Update - of course I called and left my information again requesting a call back to rectify the problem and NO ONE calls back. DO NOT RENT FROM THIS COMPANY, after taking over the property location my daughter rented at they never opened the pool, left a broken down car with glass all over the parking lot sit in front of their building and never removed it, there was no upkeep of the property and it look completely trashy when she moved out. They do not take care of the property and totally disregard their tenants. You can find a much better place to rent from, my daughter did, and not have your Money stolen from you. Read the other reviews on here they do this to everyone!! Reporting them to the BBB and will continue to WARN people to stay away! My daughter and 2 roommates rented from
