5 Corners at The Lakes Apartments

I lived here back in 2010 and prior to that on my Father's Lease at 2 Hazy Morn Ct. Apartment L back between 2004 and 2006. I adore this area and despite renting at The Lakes in 2010 and living with my Father prior to that at Apartment L / 2 Hazy Morn Ct. in 2004 to 2006, I've been unsuccessful I feel applying for just bad luck getting ahold of Anyone and general back and forth in a busy Schedule (no One's fault, just happen-stance).' I would love LOVE to return to this Property as the Area still warms my heart being there to this Day and is incredible value for Money even to Date. I checked pricing on the Website and as long as I'm correct; The Pricing at / of this Property is unmatched and I'm truly not saying that as a 'favor' or anything like that. I've lived in this Area a long time

Idk if I've been lucky, but for 2-3 years I have had no mice problems. But in the past 1-2 weeks I have 4. Saw the 1st one run under my bedroom door into my closet, back across my bedroom, into my bathroom, caught it in the living room. Caught 2 more in the kitchen. #4 went under my stove. I was told that they probably came from another dirty apartment after the person moved out and it was cleaned. Which is apparently normal when cleaning a newly vacant apartment. A work order was made on Friday for maintenance to seal the holes in my apartment. No work is done on weekends, fine. Monday, I waited and nobody came. Tuesday night another mouse(#4) ran across my kitchen and I called again. I was told someone "WILL" come that night. Nobody did. Wednesday I waited the whole day understanding th

Visited my nephew and his new fiance here and was completely impressed with the openness of the apartment and the newness of the appliances and I was just so happy for them! Honestly, not sure if anyone else can relate but when visiting a relative you never know and I was pleasantly surprised and I actually loved their microwave it had so many options. So overall seems great and truly I'm just happy that they found a place that is as nice as that place is.

Do not even think about living here! I had black mold in my bedroom closet for 4 months. I suffered from mold poisoning and had to miss work several times because of it. Maintenance showed absolutely no sense of urgency to fix this issue. I received a VERY small credit to compensate me for the duration I spent dealing with carcinogenic mold. My apartment also smelled rancid when I first moved in. There was old body hair in the bathroom cabinet that took multiple deep cleanings to get rid of as well as an insane amount of spiders and bugs throughout the entire unit. The laundry room is extremely dirty and my dishwasher was soaking my entire counter for months as well before it was fixed. In conclusion, do yourself a favor and live somewhere else.

I have been here for over a year, primarily because it’s cheap. But you certainly get what you pay for! I keep my apartment tidy, no excess food is left around, yet mice continue to come through my kitchen, rendering my kitchen useless to cooking. I’ve called maintenance numerous times, which it takes forever to get ahold of someone in residence services and they aren’t always helpful. I’ve been told that I’m the only one with the issue, although they supposedly plugged every hole the mice can get in through. I am just the only neighbor complaining, so they are making it seem as if it’s my fault. That’s just the biggest issue I’ve had while here. I’ve also experienced a flooded closet, which took them a month to correct. Neighbors regularly steal my packages. The hall continuously stinks
