I have now sold 2 properties to Mr Loveland. The first one was scary bc I didn’t know him , and it’s so hard these days to know who’s a scammer and who’s for real. I can tell you he’s for real! Recently I needed cash quickly and didn’t have the time or money to renovate the home and put it up for sale and wait who knows how long.
