4701 Beacon Apartments

4701 N Beacon is a Great place to live! The building is well maintained, in a convenient location, and management takes great care of my needs. Maintenance is responsive and easy to work with. Would definitely recommend renting here!

DO NOT MOVE HERE, There’s roaches, mold in the bathrooms. The pipes are old and leaking and these people refuse to do anything. They will leave you a barley a day notice for the pest control and they will go into your apartment without your consent… Have had so many problems here these studios are $1300 and I’ve seen one beds cheaper and better looking than this place. Dryers are always broken. They took a month to fix the back elevator so anyone who is in a wheelchair do no move in here!!! Anyone period do not move in!!!!!!

Been living here for over a year. Great management! Occasional pests but I notify the management and they take care of it immediately! Really sweet and kind. Beautiful plants in the lobby. Negative reviews must be for the wrong building because these are the best building managers I’ve ever met. Affordable and very close to the red line. Id recommend

Don’t move here. They have roaches and they don’t care. They take advantage of naive young adults with the cheap prices. Meanwhile you’ll be suffering an infestation no matter how clean you are. I’ve found roaches in the hallways and elevators before. It’s disgusting.

This is owned by Wilmette Real Estate at 107 Green Bay Road. See their reviews- it's overwhelmingly one star. The property manager is technophobic. They expect me to mail rent via money order without a receipt. They can't provide a copy of my lease, yet I moved in 3 weeks ago.
