4700 Colonnade

I LOVE living here! Just reupped my lease for another year and could not be happier. The office team is fantastic and always so friendly and Steve in maintenance is the best maintenance guy I've ever had while living in an apartment. Could not recommend this place enough!

I love living here so much, it was the best apartment even since I came to the US. If comparing it with other apartments in the area, you'll find that 4700 is at a splendid location. Sitting right at the cross of Hwy 280 and I-459 saves you a lot of time driving to other cities for a weekend. It's also surrounded by Publix, Target, the Summit mall, and other businesses, meaning you can access to most necessary services within just 10 minutes. The room condition is pretty new and spatial, with an open and bright balcony. If the room is toward the south, then you can just enjoy waking up under amazing daylight. We have been here a year now and will be renewing our lease. I can’t think of another apartment complex that is as nice as the staff is here and how fast their maintenance response time is. Elisabeth and Joy are always a pleasure to work with and It’s safe and clean! We have several friends that live here too and love it! I highly recommend this place!

Constructed in 2016, this apartment was anticipated to be of high quality and free from defects. However, our experience has been marred by several issues. Initially, we encountered persistent noise disturbances emanating from a wall in unit 4710-427. These noises occurred thrice nightly, each episode lasting an hour, disrupting our sleep. Despite reaching out to the management office five times and providing a video as evidence, our concerns were met with silence. Two weeks later, after another attempt to seek resolution, they dispatched a technician who was unfamiliar with the issue and requested the video be sent again, yet this led to no further action. The courtesy officer has also been unresponsive, and while the front desk staff may appear friendly, they have shown a reluctance to o

Moved in October 2020 and am still impressed with the quality of life and location. Friendly staff and very responsive. This is like a resort! Has a coffee shop, Innova, on site, gym, pool and security. The apartments are nice and still new. Recommend this highly!
