4418 Southwest BLVD Apartments

I lived at this complex for about half a year and had a very positive experience. The Management: The absolute highlight of staying here is Melanie. She is easily one of the best professionals I’ve had the pleasure of dealing with in the rental industry. She is incredibly helpful, responsive, and truly goes above and beyond for the residents. The Atmosphere: While the buildings are on the older side, they are clearly well-maintained. You can tell the team stays on top of upkeep rather than letting things slide. The Value: The pricing is very fair, especially given how expensive things are lately. It’s a solid, honest place to call home if you want a well-kept space. Highly recommended if you want a stress-free living situation!

I've lived here for a few months now and can honestly say it's a breath of fresh air. Management is absolutely wonderful, Melanie is the sweetest and most down to earth woman I've had the pleasure of knowing. Maintenance is very time oriented and professional. The location is great. It's a very nice and well kept apartment complex. Everyone is very friendly and welcoming.

It's been a couple weeks since we settled in and we're overjoyed to say our new apartment is everything we hoped for, the management team's dedication is impressive, and time efficient the manager's warm demeanor is inspiring, and our neighbors are fantastic!

Hello everyone! Wanted to give my honest review of the Southwest BlVD apartments. For starters the property manager, Melanie Valencia, is by far the sweetest manager I’ve had the pleasure to know. Melanie is very understanding and compassionate. She values her residents and respects everyone. Besides Melanie, the maintenance staff are friendly and they take care of any issues or concerns at a timely manner. These apartments are convenient because of the affordable price range of rent. The pool is a great bonus to have some fun. Residents have not been problematic and the covered parking for residents are very much appreciated. It’s a quiet area located by local stores that make the location more appealing. I would recommend leasing here, you’ll have a great manager to count on.

I really enjoy living here. The manager and maintenance is always on top of there game. Always willing to work with you. Pet friendly! Would recommend this apartment complex. It’s in a central location as well. Melanie is an amazing apartment manager and she knows how to get things done. Thank you for your hard work!!!
