Units are poorly upgraded from previous renovations. Ceiling leaks every time it rains even after they try to fix it. Paper thin walls, you can hear every time your neighbors move. There's roaches INSIDE washing machines, and out of the 3 washers and 4 dryers there's always at least 2 out of order. You can file a complaint about anything but management rarely responds. If you have an important maintenance request, they never tell you when they are coming. People don't pick up after their dogs. Kids are loud and break windows while playing outside. Neighbors bbq and the smoke gets in your unit of windows are open, but units have poor ventilation. Inoperable cars are left on the street so there's never parking.

2 years living here. Very quiet. Only complaint is the trash receptacle is out dated as well as the parking garage access. Management needs to focus on pest control and upgrade accessibility to laundry room. Also gate entry needs a call box or intercom system. The unit is huge and cozy. Neighbors are not very friendly but everyone seems to mind their own business and that’s great for me.

Its nice inside. The agent showing me the property mislead me to think I could get the place. They collect application fees, all your info just to tell you no.
