There is not much to say, it is a fairly good apartment complex in terms of location, close to transportation, shopping and washing places. The walls of the place are certainly thin but nothing to complain about, the locals are not very noisy and in fact they are quite friendly when you see them, pretty poor security around its entrances but nothing out of the ordinary and that one is rarely open, good rubbish dump, wheelchair accessible etc. What if it is that given how that building is, no matter how hard you try (since the other apartments, apparently before the questions and talked about, are the same) there is a large infestation of insects.

The combination of a solid building and an excellent management company have made me a very happy new resident. The super is first-rate, the management is demonstrably invested in correcting gaps leftover from a prior management company, and the features of the property are practical and well-delivered (e.g. new laundry machines, indoor parking garage).

Reached out to 40 Barker Ave for a tour of a unit. Bonnie scheduled a day for me to come out but had no idea what I was touring; they thought I was touring a completely different address in a different town. When I called and corrected them they apathetically told me the unit I was interested in had already been rented and that they only had a unit with a rent 30% higher. When I said I was not interested in that unit Bonnie hung up on me. Very unprofessional and disorganized. Extremely disappointed.
