Now that I have officially moved out of my apartment, I would like to leave a full review of my experience here at 3Sixty Flats starting with the pros. The maintenance team is the best I’ve ever had. They respond to issues within 24 hours and they are very effective in resolving the issue. Another pro is the apartment are clean friendly and for the most part quiet they host events every other month and I had no issues when making my payment for rent, leasing and canceling my garage and no issues with the security. Overall, my experience here was very very pleasant as for the Cons when I did have my garage my neighbor above would like to sweep their dogs feces off their patio onto the top of my car after speaking with the leasing office about the matter the problem seem to have stopped for

We relocated here through a corporate move. The front desk and maintenance teams have been great — they’re always friendly and quick to respond whenever something needs fixing. However, the trash concierge service is very inconsistent. Trash is often left out or not picked up, and there are visible drippings in the hallways. On weekends, when there’s no concierge service, the trash area tends to overflow with furniture, unsecured bags, and food waste, which attracts birds. By the end of the weekend, it can look and smell unpleasant. Some buildings seem to be cleaner and better maintained than others. Near my garage entrance, I’ve noticed trails of cat litter and even ant piles caused by leaking trash bags. There’s also a recurring issue with noisy neighbors — frequent stomping makes it h

Jacky and everyone in the leasing office were absolutely amazing. As someone searching for my first apartment, the experience can be overwhelming, but they made the entire process very smooth. From the tour to seeing the property itself, everything exceeded my expectations. Compared to other properties I’ve toured, this one truly stood out in terms of professionalism and customer service. I genuinely appreciate the great service and would highly recommend.

I absolutely love staying here! There is NEVER a dull moment! I am now going on year 2! It really hurts my feeling that their views are “low” . Besides wasp/bees during the spring/summer , I’ve never had to deal with pest, loud noise , billing issues nor damages within the apartment. I’ve only ever had to call maintenance for my A/C. I would definitely recommend this complex !

I toured this apartment complex on 8/19 around 5:30 p.m., just 30 minutes before closing, yet I was welcomed as if it were midday. Demarre did an excellent job explaining everything thoroughly and left me with no questions. She was extremely polite, friendly, and professional. Before visiting here, I had toured four other apartment complexes, but as soon as I toured this one, I knew it was the right fit for me. I applied that same day and completed the rest of my application the following day. I’m now just waiting for my approval. I highly recommend touring this complex, you won’t be disappointed!
