3800 on Portland

I’ve been living at 3800 Portland St Apartments in Irving for more than 1.5 years now, and I’ve even renewed my lease for another 1.5 years because I truly enjoy staying here. The place is peaceful, quiet, and feels like home every single day. It’s the kind of community where you can relax after work without any worries. The property manager, Sandra, is one of the best things about living here. She is always ready to listen, very kind, and quick to solve any problems. Having a manager like her makes life so much easier and stress-free. The night patrol also gives me a lot of comfort, knowing that the community is being looked after even late at night. I have been living at 3800 Portland St Apartments in Irving, and I can confidently say this is a highly secure and safe place to stay. The community is very peaceful and quiet, making it a comfortable environment that truly feels like home. One of the best things here is the property manager, Sandra. She is always available and quick to help with any issues that come up. Her humble and kind nature makes the whole living experience even better. It’s rare to find a manager who genuinely cares about residents, but Sandra goes above and beyond every time. Worst management ever. I paid a $300 deposit fee, and they overcharged me with a $770.12 move-out fee, only removing $200 from my deposit. Now they expect me to pay the remaining balance. My move-out day fell on a Sunday, so how was I supposed to return the keys? I called and emailed, but no one responded. I returned the keys first thing Monday morning, and they still charged me for that extra day. Never stay here—worst place ever. If you want to save your money, avoid this place.

I wish there was option for 0. Tarsh management, previous management was way better. That front desk lady, ohh myy god her attitude is at the peak. 0 politeness, 0 respect for clients. They will take forever to provide management services and the point is they will try to ignore it for a while till you force for them. Be ready a lot of extra extra and extra charges utilities will be around 600.lots of double and useless charge if you ask them they will make some excuses. It’s just been 6 7 months here we are already so much done.

I’ve been living here for 3-4 years now! I currently have a one bedroom. I wanted to post a picture in case anyone wanted to see what the inside looks like. New management is great, all of my maintenance request get addressed quickly. Overall, for the price, I really like it here !
