I've been living at 360 Main St for the past year, and unfortunately, my experience has been disappointing. The biggest issue has been the apartment management — they are consistently unresponsive and unhelpful. Maintenance requests are either delayed or ignored, and communication with the office is frustratingly difficult. Any concerns brought to their attention are rarely addressed in a timely or professional manner, which has made living here stressful. It feels like once you're a tenant, management no longer prioritizes your needs. The lack of accountability and poor customer service are unacceptable for the rent we pay. I would not recommend this apartment to anyone looking for reliable management or peace of mind.

Created an appointment on the 18th for a tour on the 19th. Got a call back immediately. After touring the apartment I knew this was the fit for me. Submitted the application online and got approved the next day! This place is fast.. efficient and very welcoming. At 21 years old I will be moving into my first apartment on my own. I appreciate how easy you guys have made it! Pet friendly, inside gym, accessible laundry units on each floor! This place has it all. Highly recommend.

The management is both rude and irresponsible. When we moved in, they assured us that parking would be available within 1-2 months. It's now been over 7 months, and we have yet to receive any update from the management about the parking situation. Whenever we inquire about it, they respond rudely.
