i visit my sister that lives here often, during the summer time, we frequent the pool, it’s always gorgeous, it feels like a resort. the staff is welcoming and responsive. we go to the dog park with her dog and it’s always clean so super big. you can also wash your dog if they were to get a little dirty at the dog wash. the club house has been spotless every time i’ve visited. the gym is always available. i always have a spot to park. her apartment is beautiful and spacious. LOVE the open floor plan.

These apartments are the best in Edmond. The staff is what truly puts them over the top. The nicest people you will ever meet that are always eager to help and assist. You don’t find that in other staff groups at other apartments in my experience. Also helps that these apartments are super modern and feel very luxurious. They do tons of resident events which are always super fun.

I cannot say enough good things about living at 35° North. From the moment I moved in, the experience has been seamless — beautiful property, great location, and a team that genuinely cares about the residents. The staff is responsive, friendly, and always willing to go the extra mile. Any time I’ve had a question or needed something, it’s been handled quickly and professionally. The community itself is well-maintained, quiet, and feels safe, which matters so much when you’re balancing work, kids, and real life. If you’re looking for an apartment that actually feels like home — not just a place to crash — 35° North is it. Highly recommend!

I recently moved into 35 Degrees North Apartment Homes and had such a great experience. The move-in process was smooth and stress-free, and La’Teshia was absolutely amazing! So helpful, kind, and welcoming. I love living here!

This apartment complex is really great! The staff is helpful and fun and you can tell they enjoy their jobs. They even have cool social events for the tenants! The pool area is like a resort - can’t beat that! Everything is clean and new and the location is good with lots of new places being built/open close by. Highly recommend!
