The PPM billing team works professionally and efficiently. My questions were handled by the team in a clear and organized manner, and communication was always polite. I appreciate their support and responsiveness.

Moved in at the beginning of the month and the place already feels like home, credit to Bogdan the leasing agent with an easy process and the property management with a super quick response to the one initial issue on move in. Building is kept clean as well and have had no ongoing issues with my place so far.

I had such a great experience working with Bogdan to find my apartment! He was professional, kind, and truly committed to helping me every step of the way. Bogdan went above and beyond to make sure I found the right place and worked tirelessly to ensure all my priorities were met. I have spent the last two years in this building, it is the best neighborhood and safest part of Chicago. All the employees are very friendly and kind. I love this building and I hope I will come back again
