30 Arbor Street Lofts

I’ve been living in the Parkville Loft Apartments for almost a year now, and I am completely obsessed with my space! I have a studio apartment (with a large separate bathroom, not pictured below). The ceilings are super high (I think 15/16 feet), and the huge windows also help to make the space feel larger than it is. It’s honestly pretty quiet, and everyone is super friendly. The location is amazing, it’s less than 10 minutes from Blue Back Square in West Hartford and about 7 minutes from the Westfarms Mall!

I’ve lived in a couple different apartments, but Parkville/Arbor Street is unquestionably the best place I’ve ever rented. I would still be there today if we didn’t have to move for work related reasons. The building is both modern and rustic. Our studio apartment was stunning and so many friends complimented the space. It’s also conveniently located if you’re looking for good food and an engaged community. There’s lots of opportunities to meet other residents and plenty of fun and meaningful things to do in the area (the whole second floor is made up of non profits, small businesses, art studios, and fitness spaces… it’s amazing!). Very professional, attentive staff, extremely helpful with any questions I had regarding renting a commercial space. I’ve been enjoying my time here so far. Gigel has been super helpful to me. Every time I call with concerns she always gets me a answer or helps me to troubleshoot the issue. I would highly recommend Parkville Management.
