2950 North Apartments

I have not moved in yet so I am only speaking to the application and approval process. My experience with 2950 North apartments has been nothing less than a 5 star rating. All communication with leasing agents and managers have been very helpful! They are quick to respond and very professional. Chelsea (asst. manager) was an amazing tour guide when I visited in December. She made sure I felt safe and informed as I was preparing to move out of state. If you want peace of mind and quick responses 2950 North is the way to go!

I had a great tour of the apartment complex with the manager, Jessica B. She showed us all the amenities, which were in a lot better shape than some apartments where I've rented in the past. We came by when a Halloween resident event was happening and got a slice of pizza and the kids hung out at the bounce house! Nice touch! Makes applicants feel extremely welcome!

I toured with Chelsea recently and had a great experience!! The community was clean and inviting, and the team was super friendly and helpful. The apartments looked great and the amenities were impressive. Overall, I left with a really good feeling about the place!

Looking to move back to the upstate and after i toured with Jessica, it's made my decision that much easier. I've been away for several years and with all the new changes, she gave me so many wonderful suggestions and recommendations! She was incredibly warm and inviting and makes me look forward to call this home!

And honestly I don’t get the scam review that is ridiculous (I looked at that persons reviews and she is going around leaving a series of bad reviews to other business, I guess she is the one scamming), they are running a clean and smooth operation here. Are there problems, yes, but it is not reflective on the management and the work that they put in to instill rules in probably a handful of residents that don’t follow rules, still some people will never get it what it is to live in a community and maybe they are better living someplace else.
